Working With Us Is Simple

Consultation
Our initial consultation will consist of an assessment of your needs and your wants for your home. Discussing your budget and timeline, we'll help you assess what is and what is not possible within those constraints. If this discussion is fruitful, we'll execute a contract and begin design.

Design
In this phase, we will work with you to create sketches and layouts for your home, addition, renovation, kitchen or bathroom. We will discuss layout, materials, colours, and more to find the right fit for your project.
02.
Build
Once the design is approved, we will develop the plans to begin construction. We cover every aspect required from permitting to energy performance to ensure you with a smooth construction process.

Maintain
Our 2-5-10 new build warranty ensures that you can sleep soundly in your new home. Our 1-2 renovation warranty exceeds the industry standard. And if anything should come up outside of that period, you can be assured of reasonable rates with intimate knowledge of your project to quickly resolve any issue.
